I use the Warmodelling (not sure if the name has remained the same) that Bill mentions with my Early War Miniatures Germans. The motorcycles are available in the US from Scale Creep:

Britannia offer both motorcycle with sidecar and single motorcycle dispatch figures – see the AGT range for early war

The Britannia models are very nice.
Zvezda also make German motorcycles.
