I haven't found a really close equivalent yet, as the green tint doesn't seem to be there in craft paints. Given that, you might try Ceramcoat Territorial Beige.

I did that just the other day.
Apple Barrell Dark Umber plus Apple Barrell territorial Beige.
Since British Battledress varied so much in shade, you can vary the darkness. And, Territorial Beige is great for the drybrushing. Here is a discussion on Vallejp craft paint equivalents:
