Hopefully this link will take you to the right page. How nice are the new sculpts for the Belgians? Very nice I say. The Carabiners are beautiful and my early war British and French will soon see a brigade of the plucky Belgians supporting them.

Well done Martin!

I'm tempted just for the dog cart machine gun.

Fact or opinion kyoteblue?

As an unabashed Peter Pig fanboy, I would tend to disagree. I've been buying Peter Pig figures for 20 years and cant recall seeing any flash on them. They also provide at least 3 sculpts in a pack.

How many sculpts do you get with the TSS Belgians (I presume you mean the QRF ones?).

Thank you Sean, most kind.

Excellent idea; put a comparison shot of the available 15mm Belgians side by side. It would be most fair. Look forward to it. I would suggest that you compare line infantry and guide cavalry as being common types for wargamers in the Belgian army. Do you have the PP packs that are pictured but not released yet?

If you have any Peter Pig figures with Mold lines on them I'll buy them off you. I can only assume it was a one off. As I have said I have been a PP customer for 20 years. I have painted literally thousands of their figures. Not once can I recall seeing a mold line.

I had the pleasure of spending some time with Mike and Nigel who cast the PP figures a few weeks ago. Two very nice chaps who take great pride in their work. If you have a figure with a mold line I'm sure they want to know about it to correct the problem.

As Martin says, please show some pictures. Side by side with QRF would be nice.

For the record I have always had great service from QRF and own some of their figures too.

No problems Sean. I would drop this conversation. Haters are going to hate! i have put the new releases in as a news story for Bill so we can see how that goes?

Thanks anyway

Pretty much all figures have mold lines to some extent. The bigger concern is mold slippage, where the two halves are not fully aligned.

Martin's figures are very nice, although Peter Pig does have its own distinct style that tends to be liked or disliked. However I think the two should be pretty much compatible. Martin certainly has one of the most consistant 15mm ranges on the market – a range that has remained 15mm while others have crept up to 17 or even 18mm, and I do use his figures to try and make sure mine are compatible for height.

Any chance of a Paris taxi for the Marne?

I think Chas is working on one. But this is Martin's thread to advertise Peter Pig figures, not mine :-)

I hope people don't believe that i am very very rude to customers as it woild damage business, which I assume is the intent?. This smacks of continued blacking of PP by someone with an agenda. If K-blue can direct me to the e mails that were very very rude

I wil search them out and put them up here. How is that for fair play? In your court K-B.

I have been very very rude to a man I found bullying a young man at the fun fair by asking for change and not giving the money back until the lad bought ago on the stall. i was also very very rude to a man who ran into me on his bicycle whilst i was walking down the pavement. I assume very very rude would be profanity and threats? But then haters are going to hate?
