I ran this scenario at Guns of August this month with a strange starting setup (in medias res, with lots of individual standoffs but no battle lines, which I thought was true to the Iliad) and an odd tweak to the Hail Caesar rules (light chariots acted as Commanders).
Despite (or maybe because of) its weirdness, the game was very enjoyable. More words and pics at link |
