I just got an order this past weekend. I knew from their website that they usually took their time shipping stuff and wasn't surprised given the season that it took 5 (or is it 6?) weeks instead of the 3-4 they stated. Given my backlog of lead it wasn't really a big deal. But they felt it was and included a fantastic gift certificate in with my order. Very classy and unexpected. DLD advertises here on TMP and that is how I got to their web page. I am also happy with the quality of the materials I got. Thanks to DLD.

I ordered their Komodo APC (25mm) and got a great deal. For a price comparable to a 40k tank/vehicle, you get an original, well-done that stands out favorably on the gaming/display table. Their spaceships and the new Bengal tank look really neat--though I've not bought any myself.

Great customer service, too. When will DLD ever learn? After all, if they keep up their great customer service nobody will have a cause to bash them on a forum:)

David provides great service, and they both are fun to talk to at shows--especially when, as seems to be traditional in LA, there's an exotic model selling photos at the next table...

Thanks guys. It means a lot to me, to hear that folks are pleased with the kits I make. I try very hard to make the very best I can. As one of our slogan states, "Striving to Make Your Gaming Real." The other, "Taking tabletop wargaming to the next level." Which refers to the first slogan.
We are a small company. I do most all of the work by myself. Occasionally we'll have friends come in and help when orders start backing up. We don't have a lot of room for on site storage, so we have to make all of the big kits as orders for them come in. For that I appologize. Hopefully, later this year, we will have a new shop built, and can incorporate storage facilities on site. Then, I can be rid of that 3-4 week monster.

Out next are 2 new variants of the Badger Recon vehicle. First is the MK IIU/A. Up-armored MK II.
Second is the MK III. This has the same armored cab as the MK IIU/A, but incorporates a missile launcher.

We/I are working on a 4x4 Recon car, 6 wheeled FAV, an alien APC, and a Dropship, with a vacuformed upper hull and a resin lower hull for stability. With only me doing the R&D, time is killer.
Anywho, just wanted to let you folks know that you are very much appreciated. If it wasn't for you guys, and others like you, we/I wouldn't be able to do what I've wanted for 34 years, but never had the chance until now!
A big THANK YOU!
David
