I am starting a 28mm ACW project and wanted to see what a good rate for wargame standard painting would be. Any references would be great as well. I would provide the figures. Thanks TMP |

You might try Don and Thom at Alba Studios (alba_studio@outlook.com). They did some excellent German Paras for my wife and I intend to use them for other projects in the future. Nice work, nice prices, nice people to deal with. |

From what I've seen you're going to pay $5 USD minimum for 28s and more likely $7 USD to $10 USD per figure. |

I think $7.00 USD per for a good solid table standard including basing is fair. Cheers |

Unless you go to Asia, which I have done with success. |

I can help if you are still looking? If you need a reference PM AuttieCat, I recently did some AWI test figures for him. My prices are reasonable, my standard is very high. But please ask AuttieCat for a recommendation. I live south of Ottawa in Canada close to the NY border, near Ogdensburg and post to and from the U.S. Via a shipping centre which reduces postage costs. I can provide pictures of my work and also have some SYW 28s on the 18 Century Gallery. Cheers, Scott |
