I have the CD-Rom version of that manual, first detailed info on USMC I got my hands on.

There were some changes by 1945, scribbled in (almost legible) notes to another set of T/Os I have for the Regt.

Add 1 Cpl (wire team chief) and 3 linemen to the Bn Comm Pl.
Add 1 Cpl (wire team chief) and 4 linemen to the Regtl Comm Pl, also add 1 TSgt postal clerk and 2 radio Jeeps to the Regtl HQ Sec.
Add 2 tank mechanics (1 Sgt and 1 Cpl) to the Wpns Coy Maint Sec. Change GMCs to HMCs and alter crew to Sgt, Cpl driver, Cpl gunner, 2 asst gunner and 2 amn men. Also add a radio Jeep to the Wpns Coy Comm Sec.

I reckon these are the changes for Okinawa, and are reflected in the later G-Series tables.
