We've had a huge response to our Ten Year Anniversary Sale! But there's still one week to go on the 25% off prices (ends August 31, 2015). Don't miss your chance! paperterrain.com |

Yeah I tried to place an order and the postage was MORE than the item to buy. The snake rail fences are $11.25 USD USD and the 1st class postage (USA) said $13.10 USD USD leading to a total of $24.35 USD USD? That seems VERY weird. |

Computers. The postage can be very wonky. Sometimes it is right on to the penny and sometimes it grossly overcharges and sometimes it undercharges (I just ate $40.00 USD in postage on a big overseas shipment). HOWEVER if it overcharges a customer I always refund the overcharge once I've been to the post office and see what the actual cost is. |

Priority Mail seems cheaper. With their flat rate, Priority Mail (including the FREE box) can stuff a lot of paper buildings at one low rate for US Customers. Don't you have access to USPS.com to consult shipping rates? IIRC, they can even provide you updated rates for your use in a computer system. To be honest, the shipping rate being displayed at one rate then seeing it almost triple at check-out put me off from ordering. I do not doubt you would refund extra shipping, but I wonder how many sales may be lost to this glitch? Requiring the customer to send more money than the purchase requires because you admit to knowing such a glitch exists does not reflect your honesty to those who may not know you. I respectfully suggest you try another method to better nail down shipping and result in the customer knowing his total cost before they hit "send". The products look good and it would be a shame to see you lose out on the benefits such a sale could bring you using the current method. Thanks, Scott. v/r Tom |

Yes, I wish I had another electronic store system, but the enormous amount of labor involved in re-entering all the data and photos for the nearly 300 products I offer has put me off doing that. But you are right, it is probably costing me customers. I will need to find a really reliable system and see what can be done. |

Yup, you need a new system – it gave me an international rate when I live in the next state over… Scott took care of it pronto though! |

Tried to order something today, it kept returning an error on the address and wouldn't calculate postage. |

I ordered. First the postage looked like $13 USD but then settled down to $3 USD and change. Weird. |

Mirosav, contact Scott and he will get it straightened out. |
