Man, there's been a whole spate of models of women warriors actually dressed for melee combat. I almost wish I played Late Antiquity/Dark Ages! Good work! |

Mmm. Two or three look promising especially those with spears. The others seem a little 'wooden' and the one with the two handed battleaxe is more of a Walkure. Will buy some of them but not after seeing them in the flesh. |

I can feel some sort of Rohan shield maiden unit coming on… |

It looks like a good idea gone wrong A couple of the figures are OK and might look good in a Saxon Shield Wall ( depends on proportions) but the rest are so so. The first thing I noticed is the length and thickness of the spears The facial features of several look more African then Germanic I don't see how the girl can hold up a double axe that it away out of scale This figure would have possibilities if properly sized as a number of Bronze Age societies used a double axe as a religious symbol I would like the option to buy the figures with open hands so I could provide more realistically scaled weapons myself |

These are very nicely made females these will fit in with my war band :) an to start a female war band too. finally a company making a range of females an not just the odd one or two so they are more in keeping. and the shield looks to be optional as well to the figures giving more of a choice of pose an use to the figures 11 now turn into 21 maybe ? . Got my vote an money . |
