A few weeks ago I placed a significant web order (over $150 USD) with Warweb. I was actually pleasantly surprised that my order shipped within 2 weeks. Well, after opening the box, I saw they didn't fulfill the entire order (3 Command Decision casualty packs that I bought and paid for were not in there). As it says on the invoice, I promptly emailed them and politely asked if they were shipping a second box? Then I called. Repeatedly. No contact on email or the phone. One week later, I contacted them again, and also used their information form on the website to contact them. Repeated phone-calls to their office continue go unanswered. This does not sit well with me as I've been a very loyal customer with them since 2004. All of my 15mm Old Glory and Command Decision stuff has been bought through them. (as a side note, I hadn't bought a mini from GHQ in almost 5 years. My last order to them had a hand-written note saying "it's good to hear from you again!") That's loyalty and customer appreciation for you. Now I guess warweb wants me to just eat the 30 bucks worth of my hard-earned money and forget about it. I would have appreciated at least a return email. The now-defunct Gordon and Hague miniatures screwed me over like this in past and I completely let it go and ate the 45 bucks of a non-fulfilled order with them. My advice? Don't shop at Warweb, unless you're independently wealthy and don't mind eating 30 bucks. |

I used to shop frequently with Warweb back in the day, and decided to cut off my association as well. Damon. |

The part that upsets me the most is the casual manner they guy operate with and I'm expected to be cool with it because they're busy or overwhelmed. Taking my money is serious business. Fulfilling my order accurately? Meh. Not so much. "Oh come on, we're sooo busy we just don't have time/staff/discipline to get your order correct. You understand right fellow gamer?"

Best I can tell it is an unmonitored webstore. I tried an order there earlier this year that I resolved through PayPal when they did not respond to PayPal in 2 weeks |

Sad to see this, WarWeb used to be a great operation. It was my go to place to order Old Glory figures. |

Gave up on WarWeb when GW Historicals Great War rules came out. I ordered a copy, waited, waited, waited some more, finally sent an e-mail which, for the first time in my dealings with WarWeb, was actually answered; I was told that this was a pre-order (not listed as such on their web site) and that I'd have to wait until the book was published. I pointed out that it had been released the previous month. I was told not to be "snippy". I cancelled the order and haven't wasted my money on them since. LT |

Why not buy Old Glory from ….. Old Glory? |

I have fond memories of ordering from them back in the day. Too bad its come to this and other related stories. |

I've heard some of the horror stories about warweb and should have taken heed. Lesson learned. I will not buy anything from them again. The internet is a big place. I can find my miniatures elsewhere. Reputation is the hardest form of capital to get back, once it's lost. |

How did you pay? If you used a credit card, you should have some sort of recourse. That would get their attention. |

But ordering from 19th Century aka Oldglory15s is fine? |

Winston, it used to be that OGs shipping charges were crazy, and WarWeb offered a good, flat rate option. Plus as I recall, the figures were discounted. |

If you're still ordering stuff from them, it is time to wise up and move on. |

I would think they would want to sort this out. Around a year and a half ago my order was short 1 artillery man and 1 hvy artillery model, not long ago I found a email requesting a address to send me the missing figures. I'm always short cannons and missed it. Granted 2figures isn't the same as 3 packs. |

Was just doing a search for posts to see if anyone had issues with them, as I ordered from them for the first time August 2nd, with two follow up orders for other things I found needed, and have not been able to get them to answer their phone or respond to any emails requesting a status update. My order was limited solely to things they listed as available, in hopes of not requiring casting time for my order. Their price is better than ordering direct from OldGlory15s. I ordered two things from OldGlory15s because Warweb didn't have them, on a later date than the Warweb orders, and OG15 shipped mine earlier this week, so they should arrive in the next few days. Still no response from Warweb. |

Shouldn't this place be shut down? How many people actually get orders placed on time? By the looks of it none. It's eventually up to the consumer. Spend your money elsewhere and this place will close. |

Just as a follow up, I finally filed a Paypal claim, which was decided in my favor after they failed to respond, and refunded. |

Yeah..they sat on my order for a year and never sent it out. I used to have good service with them but the last couple of years have been spotty. SO…he cheated me out of about $75 USD US and I will never see it. He is one of the main reasons I got out of 15 mm Flames of war and went to 28mm Bolt action. Avalibility of figures. |
