"The War Store!" Topic

I placed an order with them on 13 August, the got it to me here in Austin TX today, 15 August, regular shipping! Everything was correct and well and safely packaged. Good prices, fantastic service, they sent me an email telling me that they got my order and then another when they shipped with tracking numbers. I LOVE that!

I placed a different order with a different store that is actually closer to me than the War Store geographically but I haven't received it yet (they also sent me confirming emails and tracking numbers)it's supposed to be here Monday.

I actually placed an order with a third "store" last Monday, so far no emails and no product (but they did charge my card so there is that).

Anyway I love the War Store, this wasn't my first order and it certainly won't be my last either!

Order from them regularly since they carry Pendraken here in the USA. Always have great service. Can't praise them enough.

My orders have always been small but Neal has always treated me as though they were large orders. That's the way to build customer loyalty, a lot of companies could (and should) take lessons from that.
