This is a continuation of my previous thread. If you were doing a 15mm Koryo Korean army for DBM using today's avaliable figure ranges, which lines and figures would you use and why? |

I would use Khurasan….. I have some of their Khushan miniatures and they are beautiful. Also, they make one of the few Korean lines I know of? |

Hi I've not seen the Khurasan Koreans. A friend did these about 10 years ago based on advice from Duncan Head on the DBM list using a mix of * Nasimith link * Alain Touiller Figurines Koreans and some Eseex Chinese rob |

Is Alain Touiller still around? The website isn't up. And is it really acceptable to use 3 Kingdoms Koreans as considerably later Koryo? |

Hope he's not gone. Some great figures there. I have a lot of his 15mm figures. |

Ah yes, sorry it was a 3 kingdoms list! |

I sponsored a three kingdom era Korean range for 15mm back in the late 1990s. They are still available from Kai at Quartermaster. He has also expanded the original range with more peasant pike and various archers/CB. Prices are still reasonable. The castings are based on Korean museums, especially the Seoul 'war' museum. |

Thanks, Rudy. Is this still his e-mail address? TMP link |

I guess not, since my e-mail to "The_Quartermaster@msn.com" bounced. What is the Quartermaster's current e-mail address? Thanks! |
