He certainly is, he won first place in two categories of our annual painting competition this year with these entries:

They really are great figures, just finishing off 50 Brit Falklands range figures for use as 70's cold war Brits, taken me two nights, two hours each night! The detail is great!I switched from 15mm to 10mm when I couldn't get the Brits in helmets, so glad I did, saved a load of pennies, loads of figures and great detail to, happy chappie!!
