Hi

I would like to know if anyone has adapted these ACW skirmish rules for the Old West? What were they like, what modifications and results did you get?

Never used BaB for Wild. West but I could see it being used for small unit actions say US cavalry against Indian forces.

I used a variant for my Sioux Wars games. Now may "variant" is so far away, most BvB players would probably not recognize it.
