On August 1st, on Saturday we gathered for a game day at my buddy Jerry's house and his fantastic game room. Our first game of the day was Battlegroup Overlord using Jerry's fantastic terrain and miniatures in 20 mm. Later in the day we played a large game of Lion Rampant using our old Warhammer fantasy figures, but that is another battle report. Here is the link to my webpage for the battle report and photos from the Battlegroup game.

Title should have said Nazrat's lair. That is what I get for posting after my bed time.

It was a great day! We had ten people up in the Man Cave House of Wah at one point and much merriment was had by all. I really look forward to these Saturday all-day affairs.

What a sharp looking and inviting tabletop game!

Glad to see 20s holding their own – I still think it's a great gaming scale. Having painted some 28mm figs now, I like 20mm for the "return" on my prep time and painting effort required to get them ready for battlin'…..the scale still looks great from the gamer's view, and for the picture show.

Thanks, Fly! That's exactly why I sold all my 28mm and re-invested in 20mm. I'll be posting lots more game pictures in the coming months as I get more and more stuff built and painted.

We'll be looking forward to that Naz'!
