I have posted an article showing my conversion of Warlord Games resin 3" Mortar Carrier into a German captured universal carrier with 2cm Flak.

Come take a look:

Sweet beans!

One of the most entertaining things about modelling the German army, is the ability to slap a 2cm Flak gun on just about anything ^,^

Looks good.

But what is this

heavily weathered and chipped via "hair spray paint chipping"
technique to which you refer?

Thanks,

Jim

It is a technique I have been using lately, I will be outlining it in an article scheduled for Aug 17th

Looks great. But I'll bet it had all the stability of a soldier on his first evening out after pay day.

Hair spray chipping is a pretty standard approach.
