Looks pretty nice, and useful enough, though I'd prefer the hands not being attached to the hips.

Separate, poseable arms would be even better.

As has been pointed out a number of times, there are few structural differences between male and female faces, most of what differentiates the two are secondary sexual characteristics (which are more the domain of the painter).
Don't see why such a figure would be defined as fat, and in any event sculpting a heavier female body could be a perfectly legitimate design choice.
