I like James Bond. View him as the villain, and the movies taje on whole new meaning. |

Blofeld has the most character Plus he is one of the few Bond villains who manage to survive more than one encounter with Commander Bond |

Goldfinger, he set the mold for all the followed. Though Blofield was first I believe. |
Sloppypainter | 04 Aug 2015 11:32 a.m. PST |
Blofeld played by Donald Pleasence. Francisco Scarmanga by Christopher Lee is a close second. Jaws, Oddjob and a legion of evil beauties in bikinis and tight suits can't be forgotten as great side kicks! |

"No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!" -- Gotta go for Goldfinger. |

M. Male or female, M is always sending Bond into situations that should get him killed. |

Blofeld. Reason? Apart from being evil and mysterious , spell checker renames him Blog Elf. |
RavenscraftCybernetics | 04 Aug 2015 2:03 p.m. PST |
Scaramanga! Fatima Blush was quite a wacko as well. |
Mako11 | 04 Aug 2015 2:17 p.m. PST |
Hmmmm, hard to choose from the male, main characters. Caroline Monro though, for the female ones. Gotta love a woman who can make Barbara Bach look like a ten year old boy by comparison, and make you still lust after her, even when she gives you a sexy wink and wave, and then tries to machinegun you from her helo.

Still like Dr. No. What a [now] stereotypical villain. |

Goldfinger all the way. He had the charm, the ego, he was dangerous and Gert Frobe was clearly relishing playing him. |

Baron Samedi. After the end of the movie, I always considered as Katanga the henchman to a malevolent force. |
dilettante | 04 Aug 2015 3:24 p.m. PST |
Main Villain: Goldfinger Main Henchman: Jaws-in two movies! Bond Villainess: Caroline Munro Bond 'Girl': Maud Adams aka "my little octopussy"-;^) |

No love for Sharpe? Blofield from you only live twice. Which is also one of the worst traslations of any movie to norwegian. You only live twice was translated to james bond i japan. Aka james bond in japan. To this day that translation annoys me. So glad most movie titles aren't translated anymore. |

I grew up with the Roger Moore era so I am oddly attracted to those movies. I liked the Christopher Walken character. DRax was a good heel. Barbara Bach was my favorite Bond girl. |

Baron Samedi for me. I think all the other villains died. He managed to cheat death at the end of Live and Let Die. Pretty darned creepy to an 8 year old boy back in the day. |

I too grew up with the Roger Moore films (saw all of them at the pictures, my mum was a big fan. Hell I was named after him!!). So.. Scaramanga, best main villan Jaws , best hench man Caroline Munro, best nearly everything! Barbara Bach, best Bond good girl Cheers Roger. |
Gone Fishing | 05 Aug 2015 7:25 a.m. PST |
I should be clear this impression is from the book, not the film, but Dr. No has always been my favourite. Delightfully over the top, and with a highly memorable cause of death as well (though he certainly had it coming!). Roger Moore was my Bond growing up also. I haven't seen one in years (decades?), but have very fond memories. |
Disco Joe | 05 Aug 2015 8:58 a.m. PST |
For me Goldfinger as the main villain but Sean Connery as the best James Bond. The rest don't cut it. |
TheBeast | 05 Aug 2015 11:04 a.m. PST |
I'd have to say I enjoyed Fiona Volpe, movie, the most of villianess's. Le Chiffre actually worked best as someone I loved to hate in the books. Something about bad AND desperate while evil, don't you know. Doug |

The dreadful John Glen. As a director, he nearly killed the whole thing off with five substandard films. But really it's Goldfinger of course. |
Gunfreak | 13 Aug 2015 10:56 a.m. PST |
I think for your eyes only is one of Roger Moores best bond films together with spy who loved me, probably because they are so un roger more, he is actually quite serious and cold in those movies, unlike many of the others, that are just to silly and might as well be james bond parodies. |
