Good evening This story has such a nice ending that I have to share it. At Historicon, I had a friend of mine pay for some minis at the Footsore booth. The minis were paid for and were supposed to be shipped. Something went wrong and I never got the order. I was able to speak with Footsore's customer service rep Andrew. He was able to put me in touch with Bill Thornhill (the owner). I explained my plight to Bill and he understood what happened. Today I got my minis, plus a couple of extra packs – that in of itself is amazing. But here is what impressed me the most…. there was a hand written thank you note inside the package. I was blown away by that. In this age of electronics, someone actually took the time to write a note thanking me for my patience while this got worked out!! To Bill, Dan and Andrew at Footsore Miniatures – THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!! |
