We had a rare all day game at the club last weekend using these rules. I havent used them before but being a variant of General de Brigade i thought i would pick them up fairly quickly and this proved to be the case. One of our members has a huge 15mm 7YW collection so these little lads were called into action.

The action took 7 hours and a report of this marathon can be found on my sons blog here-

Hope you enjoy it if you take a look.

Always enjoyed our mammoth, 7:30 PM to 1:00 AM Friday night wargames, back in the day! IN 7YW 15's we used Koenigs Krieg, but with 4 stands for an infantry battalion. You game looks great!

I would like to have seen your units closer-up, for I enjoy this era and the painting other gamers produce.

I recognized Russians by Old Glory 15's, but not much else. Can you tell us who made others of the figures? Prussian grenadiers, firing, are unknown to me in 15mm.

GdP, most of the figures are Old Glory but the grenadiers were purchased at a show and Tom doesn't know the maker.

I have player these rules a LOT! Our group has our explanations of the few ambiguities & simple fixes (mainly charge rules) should you be interested. They really need a second edition so we sort of did that. The best YW rules out there! We dumped Black Powder for these.
The other excellent set is The last Argument of Kings by Dean West.
