I have been meaning to do something like this for some time as my son has started a FFL collection and we are going to pick up some Arabs from Old Glory on Saturday at Claymore. I was also asked if i could make one for an Italian gamer who purchased a villa from me so this gave me the excuse i needed to get the job done.

This is the finished model (i hope this works as i have never posted a picture before!!!)-

Due to the high cost of shipping this Antonio asked if i could do it in kit form which i did so i get to keep this one. Guess i'll be painting those Arabs on Saturday night!

Well i guess this doesn't work with photobucket as i've tried both ways as shown in the Faq section.

Thanks Broglie.

Stunning work--may it be the scene of many Beau Gestes!

Very nice. But, if I may say so, the walkway tiles look just a tad too neat for an otherwise rugged fort.

Vive La Legion!

Great work

I agree Billy and if i had more time to finish it they would have been smaller and different sizes. I may re do the walkway at some point but painting up the Legions enemies will take priority!

Thanks for the comments gents.

Maybe the the guy assigned the job of laying the walkways was a sensitive sort, didn't have it in him – all the fanatical this, fanatical that, the tiresome kill-all-the-infidels jazz. He just wanted to be left alone to live out his dream of being a tile setter.

……-may it be the scene of many Beau Gestes!

Two blokes walk into a deserted fort, and the bar tender says……

The High Atlas in mid-Winter?

It would be ideal for Frostgrave, too.
