I have posted a blog article that has a One Hour Wargame (by Neil Thomas) scenario converted to hexes, together with a few extra rules to cover morale and command and control. It is explained via an AAR on Scenario 25 with ACW forces. Link – link |

I look forward to that, I have napoleonics on the painting table. The potential is there to do much more, though I imagine you can reach the point that rather than moving too far from his minimalist system, that it is probably better to simply switch to another rule set of choice. |
