Spike is running all three episodes of Tut as a marathon tonight… the acting and costumes are far better than the scripting or direction (or even the occasional nods to historical accuracy.)

"… LAVA SPEWING TARANTULAS!!"

I've done that myself after too much spicy food.

I regret that I watched it and didn't like it although any movie that shows LA get trashed is okay by me.

I did notice that at least 4 of the actors were in the Police Academy films they may have been more but I didn't see anymore but I might've missed them.

My wife and I watched Tut. I agree. The acting and visuals were solid. The story line was pure Hollywood.

I found it stupid, but entertaining.

And that's all I want from a Saturday night movie on TV.

Stupid but entertaining.
Like when the Sharknado guy had a cameo, but couldn't stick around because he presumably had another movie to be in.

I was entertained. It was no Piranhaconda, and just a little shy of "Big Ass Spiders!", but fun none the less.
