"Players interested in 1814 online campaign?" Topic

I am looking for a few additional players for an 1814 campaign online. I am using the Pratzen l'Aigle system as a basis but with some house rules.

You will not need to know or read any rules or charts to play. Everything is handled via an umpire and historical conduct will hopefully beget historical results.

Players will be army and corps commanders. Orders and reports will be entirely email through the Umpire. Period maps will be used.

I can answer questions if anyone has any. I ran several ACW campaigns like this years ago and they went well. We already have 9 players and optimum would be a few more. If anyone cannot join immediately, but can later, we will have more corps arriving as the game progressing (they are current marching through Germany).

Battles will be resolved either tabletop or with one of the 3 various l'Aigle tactical rule options depending on the size and importance.

We have 13 players thus far which fills all the opening commands. However, we have multiple corps arriving over the course of the game, so I will have a wait list for anyone who is willing to take one of these reinforcements when they arrive. I have 2 on that wait list so far. The arriving commands will be significant. For example, Augereau, Bulow, Winzigerode, Langeron, etc, are not opening commands under player control, but will certainly be active and likely very independent from army commanders.
