I'd like a set of rules for few miniatures (max 10 for side) on a small table (max 4' x 4'). Any ideas? Roby |

As a henchman for Malifaux I'd love to suggest it. Plays on a 3x3, you really only need a starter set, it's good stuff. Kill Team maybe if you're a sci-fi guy? What's the name of that Five guys ww2 game. It's a smaller game I thought. |

One Hour Wargames by Neil Thomas Plays on a 3X3, with eight differnt periods, and few figures. Go with 2mm miniatures and play on 2X2, or even 18inches X 18 inches. Keep armies and terrain in a Cigar box. |

Yea, Chain Reaction, or FUBAR, which are free. Lots of genre choices as well, from Ancients to Sci-Fi, with plenty to keep your interest in between, as well. |

I have done hordes of the thing with one figure per element. That will give you 12 to 13 figures, not 10. Likewise You can do the same with DBA. Each stand has just one figure on it representing a blade or a Pike or blade or psiloi. I did the H OTT game with police and soldiers versus zombies. Zombies were hordes and beasts (undead dogs). Each stand of humans living were police or soldiers or armed civilians. I had to zombies on the base, but you could do it with one. One dog and human type per base. These were all done in 25 mm so 4 ft.² table. |
