Are you interested in the whole campaign or just the land action? If the latter, E.O.A. Hedegaard's 'Krigen på Sjælland 1807' is useful if you can get by in Danish.

(actually, Cornwell's notes at the end of the book might be a little bit helpful)

Miniature Wargames ran a series of articles on Copenhagen 1807 back in its 1990s run of issues.
