I've been waiting for figures like this for years: those British in Egypt really cut the mustard. I can only pray they do the French in Egypt as well. |

On their Facebook page, Alan states that he will make British in Egypt firing line poses! |

I like that sergeant dressing the line. I've never seen a figure sculpted in that pose before. Love to see it for other ranges. |

Lord Hill, is that a conversion you did? I could not tell the make of the figure. why is the guy in the back? I thought the lines were dressed from the front. Please provide a manufacturer instead of a scoff to my comment. Thank you. |

It was meant to be a joke, a humourous claim that the Perry's had stolen my idea. |

Lord Hill's conversion is brilliant. This is like e mail or text. The most innocent comment can insult Our humour can sometimes fail to cross the Atlantic for example……. The NCO pike was certainly used like this, to maintain a wavering line, when in square. I'll bet that, in battle, it was more likely to be behind a line than maintaining a perfect dressing from the front! |

Lord Hill, Splendid chaps you've got there! Cheers, Paul |

I think it would be used both ways? Dressing the line from the front and possibly shoving people from the rear…. Maybe those lads are wavering and need some "encouragement" from their sgt. Great conversion. Great Perry figs too. I'll have to do the 45th. Again. In metal. |

These figures will make great "disorder" markers – that's when you really hear from the sergeants! |
