I've put on my blog pics I snapped from walking around on thursday. There were some really great games and I'm sure I missed a lot. We had too much to do, to really get a lot of pics. So this is a small sampling of what I saw.

Most of the pics are on my blog. Too many pics to paste over here.

Your Marengo game is stunning!

Thank you for sharing these. I'd love to make it back to Historicon some day.

Your Marengo game looks great. If you don't mind a question or two, what rules did you use? Also, what scale are your miniatures?

Nice. Question on some of the fields on your Marengo: are some of those purchased (if so, where)?

Thanks,
Ed M

Could you start a thread or do a blog post on how you made your Marengo terrain (particularly the fields? That is one of the most realistic looking game terrains that I have ever seen. Nicely done!

I'll +1 that.

@Ed M, We made those fields using flock. Mostly Woodland Scenics, but a few others as well. A few of the fields are static grass.

@Alt Fritz, I did a five part series on building our table. Here's a link to the first one. Look in the timeline for the rest. Oct and November 2014.
