Another September 44 game with Jagdpanthers. This time the Germans find that they've hoisted themselves on their own petard as their attack managed to thread through much stronger units and now have to find a way to get back to their start line. This game is based upon the actions south of Geel on Sept 11, 1944 between the II/Fleiger Regt 53 and some support from 1/schwere panzerjaeger Abt 559 and the 8th Durham Light Inf and Sherwood Rangers.

Very nice-looking game, Mark! Can I ask you how you make the green-coloured terrain mat? It's very effective? (Shows up close in last flickr pic.)

Hi Bill,
All the misc fields are just different fabrics that have been sprayed various colors. Some of the fabrics are fuzzy/furry to give some heighth.
Thanks for the comments,
Mark
