You know the old adage of insanity…doing the same thing again and again expecting different results. Is it nuts to game the same period in multiple scales with the same rules? I want to game a particular period in 28mm, 1/72, 15mm and 10mm. I feel like I am wasting time on different scales but each scale has its own merits. Can anyone else relate? |

I haven't done it with the same rules, but I don't see why it's a problem if you're having fun :) I wish I stuck to one scale, because it makes terrain easier though. |

I only do the same period in different scales if I want to represent both battles (usually 15mm) and skirmishes (usually 28mm). |

I expected to see a discussion on doing the same old thing over and over again, vis-à-vis tactics, and expecting different results. Some gamers are very tenacious at trying the same old thing over and over again, expecting somehow to achieve different results, and of course, failing time and again. (I will not discuss personal experience with this….) |
