I have the basics down: basecoat, highlight, wash/ink, dipping, basing. I'd like to get better at blending, at highlighting and at understanding how to build colors on top of each other.

Any favorite/good video tutorials to stepping up my skills that you'd like to recommend?

Toby's videos might be a better place to start than Christy's, as doing multiple layers with semi-transparent colors takes more practice, imho. All three (Faust included) are great stuff if you're interested in upping your game.
