More people die of Natural Causes than any other outcome.
So why are we so indifferent to it?
Even if you live to 110, there is no escaping Natural Causes!

Sounds like something George Carlin would have brought up.

What's a telethon? Sounds like something from the old days before the internets.

First it was a nuclear war. Then it was my heart. It could always have been a car wreck, earth quake, or some other natural disaster. Now I have to worry about natural causes? How am I ever going to finish painting all these miniatures?

At the cost of being a bit pedantic, death by disease is a natural cause. Thus there are plenty of telethons for natural causes.

Now a telethon for people being cudgeled to death by orcs – that I would watch.

For some reason, this thread reminded me of going to visit a long-gone uncle on a Labor Day before he shuffled off this mortal coil. He was watching the Jerry Lewis Telethon. Enhanced interrogation indeed.

I'd forgotten about it John. Dang.

There'd be like 100 telethons a day, John.

How would you choose?

Dropsy, influenza, and being devoured by bears are all, broadly speaking, natural causes.

How about a telethon for men caught in bed with another man's wife. Death by au naturel causes?!?

PVT64115 Jul 2015 5:05 a.m. PST

Are not diseases natural causes?

The more interesting burning question is this: Who would host this I nominate a hologram of Steve Irwin.
