Well, I am uploading the three scales of X, Y, A, B wings and etc., I have acquired so far.

If photo bucket doesn't crap out like the last two attempts I will post them here.

And there is a point? Discussion, manufacturer, game use, what? A little too mute, maybe? And atypical, heh.

Mute Bystander13 Jul 2015 3:17 a.m. PST

The point is obvious.

People request pictures of "This miniature" and "That miniature" to compare them all the time.

These are pictures showing 3 scales (2 manufacturers) of the same ships.

Outlaw Tor13 Jul 2015 5:23 a.m. PST

And what manufacturers? Ruler isn't in "scale" but mm, so size is indicated, but not scale.

Just think a bit more explanation was in order, sigh.

Good info if a bit more info is provided.

Point wasn't quite obvious, but the info is most appreciated. TMP link

The manufacturers are Studio Bergstrom and WOTC? Did you mean two besides the not Axis and Allies War At Sea?

And where did you get that ruler!? KEWL!

Seemed obvious to me but that may be because I have have been swearing at Photoshop and Flickr for several days and still am swearing at Flickr. Also because TMP link started the process I have been working on for several days. Okay work = fixated…

I have a life outside wargaming (Silly I know but I do…) – scale in the sense of how they compare to each other, not as in a war game "scale" or a map scale. Scale relative to each other sense of scale.

The size ruler? Not available any more – OOP. Sorry, I should have bought more when they were in production.

Here is how Studio bergstrom describes their ships

Home : Fleetscale Fighters :
1/4"-1/2" (6mm-12mm) small fighters come with patented Versi-Bases (tm) in flights of 3 or 6.

Home : 1" Fighter ships :
These are great ships to use with Silent Death

Home : 1" Miniature Starships :
These are perfect for use with Trekkers Genocide Game!

Home : Battlestations! :
Capital ships of every flavor!

No indication of "war gamer scale" anywhere. Maybe because there are no real models to compare them to? I can see a scale for human solders or M1 Abrams or USS Missouris or A-10s but no so much for stuff that has no real world counterpart. It is what makes looking at different lines of spaceships or starships so frustrating. See Star Ranger website (www.Star-Ranger.com) for some of "Joys" of trying to decide if Ship "A" from the line "Star Flamers" is compatible with "Ship 27" from the line of "Solar Wars" for some examples.
