North Star shows three different sets of these for(presumably) DAK units. All are out of stock. Any word on when or if Artizan will be producing more, or if Warlord will be making Fallschirmjager with tropic shirts? |

Northstar, who cast and distribute Artizan now, decided to drop several codes, including the Ramke codes you're looking for. This is stated in one of their newsletters, mid way down here: link This bit me recently as I had been building the Artizan German late war winter troops. It doesn't quite give a reason, but suggests there might be replacements at some indefinite time in the future. |

about warlord FJ in tropic shirt , i'm quite sure that the answer is NO … The future "mediterranean theater" BA book will be illustrated with Perry miniatures pics ( and some FJ produced quite quickly to be painted for the book,…
About Artizan, there is a problem with never finished ( that's to say "with not all the needed figures to play wargame" ) ranges … so … |

You can get away with the regular FJ for Tunisia painted in standard colors mixed with tropical khakis, but the reality would have been a lot different with troopers in both issue and captured tropical kit. Based on my experience reenacting FJ in the desert, you'd be miserablly hot running around in a jump smock in Tunisia. I heard they decided to drop the Ramcke Brigade figs as Nick was unhappy with the weapon sizes-- can't remember whether they were too big or too small for his taste. Too bad as they were the only well-researched and accurate FJ for Tunisia that I've seen. |

That seems to be the problem with a lot of manufactures both in 20mm and 28mm. Ranges are released but are never completed. The result is one had to go to several companies to try to get them and sometimes they just don't totally match in size. |
