Does anyone know an email address for John Cape or know if the snail mail address on TMP for Caper Conflicts is still valid? I'm trying to find copies of his "Sudan Campaign Wargame" and "Sudan Battlegame."

I am afraid John Cape disappeared from the local wargame scene here in the San Francisco Bay Area some years ago. He was in very poor health and we presume he passed away. Unfortunately, his family has not responded to inquiries regarding the details. I contributed illustrations to several of John's games and have copies of most of them. If you send me a PM I can help you find copies of the rules. John's rules were very old school and always featured unique mechanics and gadgets, as you would expect from a mechanical engineer who grew up playing "Little Wars" with lead Britains toy soldiers.
