Hello

Just posted an article/review type thing:

link

… on my blog, about the excellent exhibition A Damned Serious Business, now showing at the Cambridge University Library.

The show is small but superb, and can be viewed online (even more extensively than at the actual location!), as well as at the Milstein Exhibition Centre itself (this latter is in the basement of the CUL).

Links in my post include: one of the movies about the show; pages where you can view all the Siborne Waterloo maps; and a National Portrait Gallery film that shows the entire (over 20 metres!) length of an amazing fold out book depicting the entirety of the official parade for Wellington's funeral!

It's a great show if you can actually get there in the flesh, but, as I say, it's equally rich as an online viewing experience. Feedback here and on my blog always welcomed.

Regards

Sebastian
