Around the beginning of May I made an order via their website. As it was roughly two months since I made the order and didn't hear anything, I figured I'd send them an email on Thursday. Got a quick reply saying he didn't get it from the site and send the models out the next day. Today I received the package, AWESOME models and he even threw in the models that match their logo. Great service and will be ordering from them again very soon! Thank you very much! |

Best service from any supplier I have experienced. Plus, the miniatures are incredible. When I decided to build an 18th Century ImagINation, I looked around quite a bit before deciding to go with Minden (Fife and Drum's SYW sister range) and I'm certainly glad I did. |

Yep, great service! I had a horse snap off the base due to some kitty kat tom-foolery and was unable to repair. Jim just tossed in a replacement with my next order! |
