A couple of weeks ago I placed my first order with FRP Games. I ordered Plastic Soldier Company's 15mm German Stowage and Tank Commanders to spruce up some vehicles I'd been working on. A week later I received my shipment; unfortunately they sent PSC's 20mm (1/72) German Stowage and Tank Commanders. Nice figures but too large to use with 15mm tanks. I sent them an email explaining the mistake, and one week later I've just received the correct item along with a pre-paid envelope to return the 20mm set. Now I'm a happy camper. |

Had issues with them a couple of years ago. It took a few months but they did resolve it to my satisfaction. |

Missed a couple packs of minis in one of my orders and shipped them quickly when I called and let them know. Good service. |

they have always been quick to remedy mistakes in any orders I've made. and they even did it pleasantly too! |

I just wondered if they ever answer the phone or email.? I waited to order from FRP for a long time because they neither answered the phone nor email. As far as I can tell FRP and Nobel Knight are the only people who have Essex 15s. I took a chance and may live to regret it. |
