Anjem Choudary was born in Britain and is not a naturalized citizen. Britain can't kick him out of the country legally. In fact the UK authorities have confiscated his passport as part of bail conditions precisely so he can't leave.

The boozing photos show that Choudhry has broken the shariah and in his own words requires a serious flogging. Since that is illegal in the UK, plus our courts don't have legitimacy in his eyes, perhaps he should be sent to Syria for 'justice'. I'd watch that video.

Well if it's a flogging he wants a short perusal of the internet will turn up all manner of practitioners in his locale… :)
