My wife and I are planning a trip to Turkey in September, and I think it would be fun to meet up with some locals for a game while I'm there. Are there any wargamers from Istanbul on this forum?

Not Constantinople?

Why did Constantinople get the works?

Weird: just last night I was talking to a beautiful twenty-something Turkish actress/singer/belly dancer whose family is from Istanbul, happened to mention the song in question, and serenaded her with a line or two when she claimed ignorance.

I didn't think to enquire into the hobby pursuits of her relatives though, so sadly can't help.
