I will be in the quad cities area this Friday and have a few hours to spare. Are there any stores that sell historical miniatures for 28mm range in the area? Thank you in advance for helpful replies. |

I've always loved the "Quad Cities" moniker. So are the residents Quadlings, or Quadlanders? |

I think they are caller Quadburgers ;) I have not been that way in a long time. But time on the internets indicate that answer is No. There is a place called: "The Hobby Conner" thehobbycorner.net Might be you best shot. But it looks like GW type stuff. 1606 Sycamore St. Iowa City IA, 52240 Phone: 319-338-1788 And that is an hours drive west of the Q-Cs. |

If you pass through Peoria, IL on your way, stop in at Just For Fun. Its only a few blocks off of I-74. |

Most people in the Quad Cities are Iowans. We let a few folks from Illinois in, though. Davenport must have a hobby store somewhere. No? |

Thank you everyone for your replies. I ended up killing time at the Quad City Botanical Center -- would have preferred a miniatures store, but none to be found near by. |
