Looks like Short Round behind Indy! What manufacturer makes him? Yup thats a Bob Murch Pulp figure. I didnt modify him at all. I just painted him to look like Short Round.

OK. From the looks of your "Short Round" he appears to have a beanie while in Bob's picture he looks like he has a fez. |

It's a ball cap tilted back. In Bob's pic you are seeing the underside of the bill of the cap. In Chuck's you can just see the bill (dark blue/black) over the top of the "beanie". |
