I have a bunch of British colonial type figures (with the sun helmets) and am looking for someone else they could be painted up as.

Currently, I have all the British I need (as well as their allies and enemies). I also have German, Russian, U.S., Spanish, and Cuban/South American troops.
Any ideas?

Thanks,

Vince

Back in the day, I painted up a few units of Ral Partha Brits as Belgian infantry and marines.

As noted, Canadians and Aussies – also Mexicans or Belgiums

If you need a few more Germans you could use them for a Seebattalion

Also could be Italians

Also some South American nations used sun helmets

Many of them have sun helmets, though some have kepis.

You're not likely to find anybody else who has them.

I have painted Ral Partha Brits with sun helmets as Italians in China. Based on plate in Osprey book on Boxer Uprising. Could do the French too with a little modification.
