The Gauls stopped using them way before the Gallic wars -- they lost to many warriors when the helmet just took off and flew away with the warrior attached -- right in the middle of combat!!!

Maybe look at some semi-historical vikings… I have a viking shieldmaiden with a winged helmet, by Reaper. Hasslefree also do some figures with winged helmets.
