A brief post, showing the Automata Infantry from 15mm.co.uk. link Definitely worth considering if you are thinking about recreating certain movie franchises in 15mm, or if you just need some robots with guns (and who doesn't?!). |

Those look great, Chris. They definitely look the part. By the way, I hope your Typhon project continues apace as well--mine has stalled (I have the mental focus of a butterfly), but I will get to it eventually! |

Hi Daryl Thanks! Pleased you like them. Alas, my Typhon project has stalled in the sense that I had to really limit what was on my painting table. But absolutely not forgotten! I'm just having a bit of a 15mm buzz at the moment! |

Agree, a few duffers or slightly comical weaponry but that's fine by me. A slap of paint and make them US-themed just emphasises the quirky…

I have quite a few of these fellows. They are my favourite automations. To me their strength is that they aren't 100% Terminator. They are close enough for people to identify them as such on first sight. I've painted my standard figures up to be like the Kraang from TMNT. link link The Tracked Heavy Automatas I had a little bit of work (turning the head upside down) to look like Moms Killbots from Futurama. link |
