To even compare it to "Dr. Strangelove" does that movie a gross injustice. Saw the first show. Typical Hollyweird hatred of the military and the Intelligence Agencies. They don't even try to be subtle.
Sure to be a hit.

No I agree w/28mm Fanatik,this show has a mix of serious and comedy w/ a good cast,I like it,it's not the norm. |

I saw some trailers waiting for GoT to come on. It looked like the kind of show where all military were asses and all intelligence assets were buffoons and all politicians are craven idiots.
If that's the kind of thing you enjoy you will enjoy this kind of thing. |

The Brink is fairly entertaining if you take it clearly as an over-the-top mega-satire … with typical Hollywood leanings and spins on reality. As some have noted here. |
