I recently placed an order with Recreational Conflict for some Spanish American War figures. They are currently running a 20% off sale on Tiger's Spanish American War line (thru August 12). The figures were ordered on Tuesday and arrived Friday. I sent Richard an e-mail Friday for a shipment status update and in under an hour my wife called to let me know the box had arrived. My plan is to build a unit of Civil Guards and a few more officers to join my Spanish army. The figures arrived without any issues. Since the bulk of my SAW collection is Old Glory, I need to make some minor modification, like cutting off the bayonet and shorting the rifle barrels, to better match the OG line. The Tiger figures are a little heavier in build and some appear taller than Old Glory (especially some of the officers). I highly recommend using Recreational Conflict. Vince |
