This company has taken a lot of criticism here so in the interests of fairness I'd like to relate that once again I have had a successful experience with them. I have been purchasing their figures for many years and have never had an issue with their service. Two weeks ago I phoned my order in,asking for some packs with command and some without. I got my 20 per cent discount and the figures arrived in 10 days exactly as requested.
They'll keep on getting my business. |

They definitely deserve the good press. They always bent over backwards to help with special orders. Good on them! |

After finally getting squared up on my order, as I noted on a previous thread, I will order from them in the future. Once bitten, twice wary, but I am willing to give them another try. |
