This company has taken a lot of criticism here so in the interests of fairness I'd like to relate that once again I have had a successful experience with them. I have been purchasing their figures for many years and have never had an issue with their service. Two weeks ago I phoned my order in,asking for some packs with command and some without. I got my 20 per cent discount and the figures arrived in 10 days exactly as requested.
They'll keep on getting my business.

I , however , am very upset , I made a request for figures WWI Battle Honours on its website in December and still am waiting.

I have sent numerous emails and have not heard back, so I guess I will have been forgotten or do not want to answer .

All my armies ( except one that is Essex ) and OG are BH ( Napoleonics , ancients, Jacobites, samurai … ) and have always been very pleased with the service, but with this ( that have been over $ 300 ) the customer treatment was painful and I feel cheated .

I'm not saying do not buy the brand , only the treatment I received .
