Heinlein, who died in 1988, also wrote one of the Cold War's worst novels — the execrable Farnham's Freehold, which I picked up on a whim last week at Angel City, a quaint used-book store in Santa Monica…" Full text here link Amicalement Armand |

?? you just tricked me into reading a complaining book- revue about a crap book…. ! ! Apart from being a pioneering giant Science fiction writer, … Robert Heinlein should also be much more noteworthy here because he coined the term "Space Marines"… in 1939 ! It was used more frequently also by other writers in the 1940's. This should be more recently topical here because in 2012 GW and Amazon had it out over the title of a (non-GW) book with 'Space Marine ' in the title …GW tried to have it pulled claiming 'trademark infringement' …but GW was ruled against .!!! Hooray ! Hooray ! A victory for the history of "Science Fiction" over GW's (legal) thought police . ! |

On the plus side, I suspect GW wasted a lot of money on lawyers to attempt that, so it isn't all bad. Silly dolts. |
